Does your UNDERGRADUATE Chartered Student Organization Need Money?
If your UNDERGRADUATE chartered student organization wants funding for the 2012-2013 school year, this is your chance to apply for funds through the SPRING BUDGET PROCESS. Budget Packets will be distributed at the MANDATORY workshops listed below. Attendance of at least one of the workshops listed below is MANDATORY in order to receive funding. Spring 2012 Budget Request Forms are DUE BY 5:00 pm on February 8th to the ASUNM Office (SUB Room 1016). The Budget Hearing Schedule will be available by Noon on Wednesday, February 15th, 1012. Student organizations are responsible for checking postings for assigned hearing dates and times. If you have any questions concerning the funding of your organization, please contact the ASUNM Finance Committee at 277-5528.

Does your GRADUATE Chartered Student Organization Need Money?
Apply for Budget Funding! You must be a chartered student organization through the Student Activities Center, have graduate members and not directly apply for and receive GPSA PB (Pro-rated Benefit) Funding. Attend any one of the MANDATORY Budget Workshops listed below. Applications are DUE February 10th, by 5:00 pm to the GPSA Office, SUB Room 1021. SGAO WORKSHOPS
The Student Government Accounting Office hosts Financial Workshops for chartered student organizations receiving budgets through either the ASUNM or GPSA 2010-2011 Spring Budget Process. You will receive a copy of your new budget, helpful handouts, as well as information on how to make the most out of your ASUNM and GPSA funds.
Scheduled workshop times have passed. As of October 2011, please schedule a time with your accountant for a private workshop to access your funds.
Organizations must have at least two officers attend one of these workshops before you may access your funds. (This also applies to officers who have already attended workshops during previous years.) Both officers do not need to attend the same workshop.
Graduate Student Organizations that receive Pro-Rated Benefits (PB Funds) do not need to attend these workshops. (This includes many GSAs & Medical Organizations.) A special series of workshops are being held for these organizations.
